The $tatus Faction - Screen Fiends - Opening Night
On November 14, we attended the The $tatus Faction's printmaking exhibit entitled "Screen Fiends". The show was held at the El Barn gallery on Hollywood blvd.The show featured art by T$F members: Third1 T$F H+R, Nos T$F ATL, Phylo T$F LTS and Asend T$F HBTK.
The crew set up the gallery to give it a street feel to it. One side of the gallery was made to look like a freeweay wall. It was tagged and than buffed. The other side of the gallery was painted black with crew member tags high above the black paint. To make it feel like Hollywood, the crew used gold paint and sprayed the wall using a fire extinguisher. A real site to see! The show runs until November 21.
