Construction Site Graffiti - Why Buff?

Graffiti on construction sites make a lot of sense. The site is temporary, once the building project is complete, the graffiti will be covered up. It does not make sense to buff construction site walls. Let the graffiti stay!

I recently took the first set of pictures at a construction site in the Mid-Wilshire area of Los Angeles. I did not realize that my lens focused on the fence instead of the throw ups behind it. Most of the pictures were out of focus. I went back a few days later to retake the pictures and the main wall was buffed. Only one of the throw ups remained.
