The Hate Continues
Recently, 2 of LA's veteran graffiti artists, Trixter and JoeJoe "legalized" and painted over the dissed JDI wall in West Los Angeles.
Trixter and JoeJoe have been in the game for many many years. I still remember seeing Trix TPS tags and JoeJoe rooftops in the early 1990s. Anyone with knowledge of Los Angeles graffiti gives them the respect they deserve. It was not the case this time. Their production was painted over the next night. (Thanks to Trixter for the picture. By the time I got there, the production was gone.)
I am not trying to give fame to those that keep dissing the wall. I am just merely documenting the events that took place. February 21, 2010 Update: The wall gets dissed again. Scroll to the bottom to see
DME HOGS THIS
For those that are not familiar with this great rooftop that is visible from the freeway, here are some pictures from the past couple of years. The JDI crew had it running for most the 2 years with different productions.

I cant believe they dissed the Trixter Joe2 wall. 2 ogs in the game.
Someone should paint it again and wait for these stupid toys to go diss it and teach them a fucking lesson. If i caught them i'd sever all their index fingers, OFF. TOYS WILL BE TOYS. With that kinda negative attention they wont last in the game.

Its funny cats give the game such a bad name you start to wonder if they ever had any real love for it..
You guys are feeding the toys. If you didn't give them so much coverage and you let the JDI crew hold it down, they wouldn't be so eager to kill this spot.
Chill out and quit giving the toys the spotlight.

DME, HOGS, THIS, KREST and VASSIL, whoever is behind the names, congratulations on your 15 minutes of fame. I would invest more time into developing your personal style though because anything you've painted over JDI has been an embarrassment to yourself and graff culture. Also, if anyone from JDI is reading this, take some tips from TKO, MSK, and AWR. Your shit needs some work too.

^^please dont ever put TKO in the same sentence with MSK and AWR.....MSK and AWR are in a league of their own when it comes to LA graffiti. As for TKO, yah they were the crew to look out for back in the 90's, but as of now...NO. so get your shit straight before you open your mouth

jdi has been coming clean with ORIGINAL styles for a while now.

TKO has been crushing with a consistent, simple but timeless style for longer than any of you have been painting.
MSK/AWR have taken graffiti to the next level. Anyone who disagrees is simply too caught up in the fact that they can't paint half as good. It's about evolution and progress kids.
JDI is whack, they need work on everything from letter structure to color theory. JAMN DOWN? I'm glad that abomination was painted over. You need to go back to your blackbooks and practice.
